Introduction

The 2 Way Messaging (2WM) feature allows the Arpoone user to set up a two-way real-time SMS communication channel between him and his end-users.

This feature provides a mechanism in which end-users send an SMS text message ("inbound SMS"), with a pre-configured keyword, to a pre-determined destination phone number or short-code (more on this later) and the Arpoone platform will take care of matching that inbound SMS to the Arpoone user's configuration, and then, execute all of the actions associated with that matched configuration.
