📄️ Introduction
The 2 Way Messaging (2WM) feature allows the Arpoone user to set up a two-way real-time SMS communication channel between him and his end-users.
📄️ Basic Concepts
Once active on an Organization, the Arpoone user needs to configure the feature in a way that best fits his needs. To do this, several concepts must be taken into account:
📄️ Keyword Configuration
When adding/editing a keyword configuration, the Arpoone user has the option to define if it is a wildcard keyword or an exact-match keyword.
📄️ Keyword Actions
When an inbound SMS is matched with a keyword on a 2WM configuration, the Arpoone platform will then execute all the actions that have been configured on that keyword.
📄️ Routing / Webhooks
The 2 Way Messaging Routing / Webhooks is a mechanism that allows the Arpoone user to receive, in real time, inbound SMS's sent to the Arpoone platform, which are matched with a 2WM configuration that was previously set up.
